I use observational studies, experiments, spatial and statistical species distribution models to measure and predict the effects of a changing climate on ecosystem processes and biodiversity. In my free time I can be found flicking lures in a nearby body of water in hopes of catching another trout, bass, salmon or barra. I also like to spend weekends hiking in the mountains. This year I've been running all the segments of the Ice Age Trail!
I like to work with Hymenoptera (Ants, bees and wasps) to evaluate how important ecosystem services are provided by the little things that often go ignored. |
